• Serial and model number of every unit processed through the station

• Amount and type of oil charged into each unit

• Any failure messages and reasons for failure

• Quantity of compressors tested, total and by model, and quantity that failed by test mode and model

• Suction and discharge pressures

Required Services:

• 15 Amp 120 V

• 100 psi dry plant air

• Each oil at sufficient delivery pressure

• Network drop & space for database

• Microsoft SQL 7.0 license for station (can use MS Access but MS Access is slower and not as robust)

• Interface capability to existing databases for test station set-up

• Bar code information for computer set-up

• Unit connections for all configurations (ECI will set up quick connect configuration)

• Electrical installation support
